Hi, I’m Tasha Hunter!
I provide virtual therapy for clients in Kansas and North Carolina, offering a safe, supportive space for individuals and groups. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and guided by an anti-racist, womanist lens.
My work focuses on helping clients feel safe in their bodies, develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, and reclaim their sense of wholeness. I specialize in supporting individuals who are healing from:
Parental and family of origin trauma
Religious wounds
Racial trauma
The individual, collective, and generational impact of white supremacy culture
In addition to therapy, I offer space holding in professional settings and organizational workshops and training. My aim is to empower you as you take steps that honor your past, present, and future self. As a compassionate witness, I work alongside you to embody the truth of who you are in the most loving, intentional, and patient way possible.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect and support your path toward healing and liberation.
LGBTQ+, trans and queer-supportive
